Services
Bloom Your Living provides professional photography, videography, and staging services primarily for real estate, commercial, and residential properties. Service details, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your booking confirmation or service agreement.
Booking and Payment
A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and any required deposit has been received. Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment deadlines, will be specified at the time of booking. All fees are due according to the agreed schedule. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, and will work with you to find an alternative time at no additional cost.
Staging Services
For staging services, you are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible and in a condition suitable for staging. Any damage to our staging inventory caused by negligence, theft, or misuse during the staging period is your responsibility and may result in repair or replacement charges. Staging items remain the property of Bloom Your Living and must be returned in their original condition.
Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Bloom Your Living retains copyright ownership of all photographs and video content we create. Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use the images and videos for their intended purpose, such as property marketing, personal use, or commercial promotion as specified in your agreement. You may not resell, sublicense, or claim ownership of our work. We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing before the shoot.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking services, ensure access to the property at the scheduled time, and communicate any special requirements or restrictions in advance. Delays caused by client unavailability or unprepared properties may result in additional fees.
Limitation of Liability
Bloom Your Living is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bloom Your Living harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local and federal laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
